dont use animal health centre Barry.. their customer service is is terrible after you finish paying a great deal of money. Also ask what is on their history of your animal as it will effect you insurance claim.they put things on my animal history for which i never knew about and it effected my claim....and you know what they dont care about you because you already paid the money....please go somewhere else. customer service/afterservice is everything and they dont have it.

In response to magivor, this client took out insurance on his pet with a pre-exsisting condition that he did not declare to the company. The insurance comapny then declined to settle the claim. My veterinary colleague explained this to the client in detail and my Practice Administrator took time to write to the insurance company to explain the circumstances and ask them to reconsider. For this, we waived our normal fee for writing a letter as we had some sympathy with the client. We did everything possible from our position to help this client. We do not feel that we are at fault and have discussed this with the client on a few ocassions. We are sorry that he still remains unhappy with our efforts.
