i found D Brown to be blunt and uncompassionate, he wasnt very understanding about our cat and offered no comfort to us when he put her to sleep. it may have been because me and my sister were young that he showed little respect to our feelings. the receptionist was more compassionate and understanding and told us the details of what would happen next, which was comforting and she provided a leaflet for us. overall, the bed side manner needs work. im now awaiting the results of the cremation and picking up my cat.

he's honest and doesnt rip you off, my dane needed an emergency unplanned op one sunday afternoon, only cost £80 with all follow up treatment included! i like this vet been using him for 22 years now.
