I have to go to this Practice as I am disabled, do not drive and live alone without any family. I find the vets uncaring and the atmosphere is one of get as much money as you can at ANY cost, and the vets are uncaring. You never see the same vet twice - it seems to concentrate more on training new vets than it does on making animals better and alleviating their suffering! I I could go elsewhere believe me, I would!!

Apart from excellent initial appt with Mrs Spotswood - now retired - I struggle to find anything positive to say. I have a current enquiry re their treatment of my dog so can say no more. Only advice I can give: go somewhere else. Sorry

awful care, terrible vets, very poor cutomer service. If you complain they argue back. They accept no responsibility for their mistakes. NEVER GO THERE!

never take responseabiliy for their own mistakes, like to take as much money as they can,provide animals with tiny,inhumane cages which can lead to bigger problems. Dont go there, if you care for your animals

How sad the practise has come to this, the original surgery with the two Morley brothers and Tim Spotswood was fantastic. Mrs. Spotswood joining was a bonus. Unfortunately these 4 have all since retired. Hence I moved to another practise.
